ImageJ plugin DICOM sorter

• Compiled with JDK 1.5
• Depends on ImageJ version 1.45.s

build instructions

1. run mvn clean install
2. Create a Sorter folder somewhere on your disk
3. Copy the contents of the target/classes folder directly into the Sorter folder
4. create a zip file of the Sorter folder.

Install instructions

1. Put the Sorter.zip file in .../ImageJ/pludins folder
2. If it exits delete the folder .../ImageJ/plugis/Sorter
3. Unzip Sorter.zip with option "unzip here"
4. Result should be .../ImageJ/plugins/Sorter/....
5. Start ImageJ. Plugin should be available under the plugins menu
