TrailSync does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to its developer or to third parties.
No location data, email addresses, or user identifiers are requested.

3. Data on Your Devices

• TrailSync runs entirely on your Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, Apple Vision Pro).
• Information created in the app is stored locally and may be synchronized across your devices via iCloud.
• Your iCloud account is managed and encrypted by Apple; the developer has no access to it.

4. Third-Party Services

TrailSync does not use any analytics services, external SDKs, advertising tools, or connect to third-party servers other than iCloud if you have enabled it.

5. Security

All data remains under the user’s control and is protected by the built-in security mechanisms of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, and visionOS, as well as iCloud encryption.

6. Audience

TrailSync is intended for all audiences, including children. No sensitive content or data collection applies.
