  • Use a 1.10.0 milestone, initial date 2023-02-24 for rc1

• Would like to have people write release notes with the changes rather than having to figure it out at release time. David to propose an update describing the process.

  • Larger write alignment
  • NAND support?
  • not-flash, persistent RAM types
