Clarify the behavior of offset ambiguity in ZonedDateTime, including handling options and implications of time zone changes.
Motivation
Offset ambiguity is one of the most complex topics in Temporal docs, so adding a bit more detail may be warranted, especially to give concrete examples and use cases.
