I hadn't heard the term houdini in years, so I asked... Neither Chrome nor any other browser is really pursuing Houdini anymore. Stuff has launched (paint worklets, typed properties, scroll drive animations that came from the animation worklet, etc…) but the task force is no more, and the name is now a legacy; so rewrote the blog post to reflect that
