I went ahead and made a quick review. Here are some extra comments:
- I believe we will need to update the supported Chrome version to
107. - We will need to update the Supported Versions table
- I suggest we add a Hextra banner like the one you tried out here - something like "CHT 5.0 is here! 🎉 Discover [what’s new](some link)"

Thanks for the review Andra! I think this is close enough to the final form for you to give it a more formal review. Most likely the only big change we'll make is maybe pull admin training cards if that feature doesn't make it because of the bug. |

Thanks for clarifying the downtime in the preparation notes. I added some tweaks to make it clear that what's happening is a downtime rather than a bug.

I had started the review, Andra requested a huddle, post huddle I did not submit the initial review and some comments are left over.
I think we should really emphasise that the replication and search downtime are temporary. I suggested to use "temporary" maybe as the first part of the phrase so people scanning through the document capture it, but I believe Andra's suggestions are clearer.
