Version 2: use command as base

This update implements the same "wrapper" workflow as command.

As such, the version is bumped to v2. All interactions are handled by the standard library now, so testing is greatly reduced and relies upon go project for correctness.

The canonical module name is github.com/metrumresearchgroup/rcmd/v2 v2.0.1
