Remove obsolete log files and add SSH Agent Support (Bitwarden)#853
Conversation
- Deleted outdated log files: test_output.log, test_run.log, test_run_new.log, test_serialized.log. - Introduced a new Flatpak manifest and build script for local testing of sshPilot. - Implemented a helper module for interacting with SSH agent sockets, allowing for better integration with tools like Bitwarden. - Updated the build process to include necessary dependencies and configurations for the Flatpak environment.

I made these changes, so I can use Bitwarden as a SSh Agent. Currently it automatically detects snap, flat and system installation (under ~/.bitwarden-ssh-agent.sock), aswell as SSH_AUTH_SOCK and manuall sockets.
