Thank you very much for mirroring. From this mirror, I can track changes between releases.
By the end of Oct 2020, all volumes of "Software Foundations" are updated and new volume is added.
This is the pull request to reflect that update. I followed, to some extent, your history style. Commit comments for patches are less described.
I added PDF files anyway, though appearance of PDF files are somewhat different from yours, maybe, due to differences of font settings of LaTex.
