I can't get tests to pass and ran out of time to work on it. I'd love for somebody else to pick this up. |

Specifically
zprocess.process_tree.OutputInterceptorEverything works when I run it manually, but the tests don't pass in pytest. Not sure what's going on there, but seems to have something to do with the flushing.
