Metadata drivers

Adds support for all current doctrine metadata drivers through a new configuration key.

This is awesome, why isn't it merged? I've seen that there is a configuration change but it could be pushed on a new minor version.

We can't merge just yet as we're working on the new version to support L5.

@guiwoda thanks heaps for this. We're currently discussing this internally as to how we want to support the drivers, and will most certainly use this as a study case.

That's not to say it won't get merged - it's just a matter of timing and whether it fits with @mitchellvanw's ideas.

I had the intention of doing a more Laravelish metadata driver. Right now I'm using half of this package's objects and half of my own because of this. Hope you guys can figure it out!
