This is a work in progress script which aim to help with generating most of the changelog automatically.
It relies on the PR's milestone as well as the
Releasesproject attached to the PR to figure our the category.The script is still work in progress and is aimed to become automated in a CI so it can maintain a changelog PR, ready to be merged when we decide to do so.
