* added ProcessedCameraData and MaiFeature types
* added feed_measurement_processed_camera interface for external tracker
* commented a lot of aruco checks
* get_pixel_loc_features now works without a coupled tracker
* zupt will now only update over a fixed interval regardless of init time
* expose FeatureInitializer::compute_error for depth error calcs of instate feats
* added extra safety checks for above
* removed TrackBase active_pix_locs func, all handled outside of trackers now
* updated output_feature struct to match vio_feature_t
* added get_feature_covariances function to VioManager
* changed cached uvd measurements to include depth error
* get_pixel_loc_features added robustness, returning full vio_feature_t info when available
