Copy pnpm patches into the Docker build before install

Summary

The Build and Push workflow on main started failing after #183: pnpm install --frozen-lockfile in the builder stage dies with ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/app/patches/@fedify__fedify@2.4.2.patch'. The Dockerfile copies only package.json and pnpm-lock.yaml before installing, and pnpm.patchedDependencies needs the patch file at that point. This copies patches/ alongside them.

Why

• The Fedify stopgap in Let remote curators feature Groups in their collections (FEP-7aa9) #183 is applied through pnpm.patchedDependencies, which pnpm resolves (and hashes) during install, before the later COPY . . runs.
• Keeping the copy before install preserves the layer cache behavior: the install layer only invalidates when the manifest, lockfile, or a patch changes.
