The unittest module seems to be somewhat disabled, so I'm not able to run the tests.

Also, I'm not sure what the norms are for guards. I currently don't use any.

But it seems to work.

Tests for the operators listed in the docs as of this commit

Generalize a few string methods, add extra methods for Twine API to
String, add EmptyTwine.
    Of all of the backlogged commits, this one seemed the most fitting
with which
    to commence.

I expect that this breaks things.
At least I think I got them all.
Or monte liste if you prefer, I guess.
Not especially great writing, but it can be improved.
This turns our Travis into an advisor, basically; tests can now fail across
the board. I don't care.
