feat: add tron type data encode support

Though there is a class Eip712TypedData for Evm, but when use it for tron typedata encode, the final hash is not equal tronweb version, here provided dart impl can general same hash result compare to tronweb.

Hi, I had a closer look, and it turns out we only needed two lines of code inside Eip712 to handle trcToken types. With that change, the package now supports TIP-712 through Eip712TypedData. Really appreciate your contribution!
