There is a version 3.0.0 available now in the repo. Have not published any nuget packages yet. It seems to work as far as I can see. |

This PR is just for discussion - it is showing all the changes neede to support Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.
For final version need to make separate project or conditional build and separate nuget package.
