Initial draft of the blog post that clarifies what we're shipping next instead of the update with Material Design 3.

@colmtuite, please feel free to edit the post and include highlights and examples with new-lib components.
I'm thinking about showcasing the DX for customization and styling, and it'd be nice if we could also show the visuals of some components together.

It would be awesome if you could also provide a deeper dive into pigment-css's future here. I assume that since Base-UI is styling-engine agnostic, it will be up to each individual developer to decide what to use—whether client-side Emotion or an RSC-ready solution like Linaria, Compiled, etc.
