added the DTA, the largest full-text collection of carefully prepared German texts from the 17th to the 20th century. Thought it would make sense to have it here. Wanted to add the fabulous DraCor project (https://dracor.org/), but wouldn't know how. Should there be a section for truly (and in and of itself) _multilingual_ resources?
