There is an issue with the installation of verovio via Python with arm64 architecture on Linux. I suggest to postpone the implementation of this PR after the release of v5. |

This PR adds the Verovio Python Toolkit to the Docker image.
Leaving the Node implementation for the moment, in case something does not work. Node and scripts can then be removed in the future.
