Included a Global Menu. (pressing the encoder for 3 seconds) This Global Menu would allow you to: 1# Change the direction of the rotary encoder (mine was backwards) 2# Change the time the menu will stay on the top from 1 second up to 60 seconds. To exit the Menu just leave the encoder pressed for 3 seconds. Both menu changes will persist on restart.
Reduced jitter
Fixed a bug where Encoder EEPROM Address required 2 bytes to store the negative values.

NEW FEATURE:
Included a Global Menu.
(pressing the encoder for 3 seconds)
This Global Menu would allow you to:
1# Change the direction of the rotary encoder (mine was backwards so it was a nice feature to add)
2# Change the time the menu will stay on the top, from 1 second up to 60 seconds.
To exit the Menu just leave the encoder pressed for 3 seconds.
Both settings will persist on restart.
