Dataset corresponding to the study: Precipitation and temperature shape the biogeography of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi across a 1500 km latitudinal transect in the Brazilian Caatinga
- otu_taxonomy_per_plot.csv: sequence codes related to publication at Genbank, plus taxonomic annotation for the virtual taxa, the OTUs.
