If you have any SSH keys tied to your account I believe you can use those to prove you are the owner to github support and get them to turn off 2fa. |

Changes since 1.42:
I have tested the cuckoocycle algo on NiceHash, but it was slower than nbminer and bminer on my rig (1080 Ti), so I didn't enabled here.
