This change improves the type safety of the `@netlify/config` package by: - Replacing `any` with `Record<string, boolean>` for `featureFlags`. - Introducing a `TestOptions` type to replace `any` for `testOpts`. - Introducing an `ErrorMonitor` type to replace `any` for `errorMonitor`. fix: Handle single-commit repositories when getting git env This change also fixes a bug where `CACHED_COMMIT_REF` would be undefined in repositories with a single commit.
