Add PEP 723 dependency metadata to example programs #1030

Make it easier to run DAQmx example programs.

Proposed Solution

Add PEP 723 dependency metadata:

# dependencies = ["nidaqmx"]
# ///

Now running the script with pipx run, uv run, etc. will automatically install the dependencies into a venv and activate that venv when running the script.
