@pradeep and I built from this branch yesterday and we're doing some testing. Just checking: there is no change to the output, correct? In terms of the table it looks like directional matching (GvH, HvG, total and max) are not in the output as far as I can tell so it raises the question how the single locus mismatch number is determined. |
