…n Node 20.16.0 The baseline allowlist workflow was failing with: Error: Cannot find matching keyid Root cause: Node 20.16.0's bundled corepack has a signature verification bug when running `corepack enable` that tries to auto-detect and install pnpm. Fix: Add `corepack prepare pnpm@9 --activate` before pnpm install in both jobs (gen-matrix and run-allowlisted) to explicitly install pnpm 9 without relying on corepack's buggy auto-detection. …16.0 bug The workflow was failing with corepack signature verification errors: Internal Error: Cannot find matching keyid Root cause: Node 20.16.0's bundled corepack has a known bug with signature verification that affects both `corepack enable` and `corepack prepare`. Fix: Replace corepack usage with pnpm/action-setup@v4 action which installs pnpm 9 directly, bypassing corepack entirely. This is the recommended approach for CI environments. This implements the flag discussed in #354 (comment). This of course makes sense only if we add support for arbitrary URLs, but that's for another PR.
