osmogeo - GSM BTS mapping and user tracking

Requirements:
- OsmocomBB
- Change INSTALL_PATH in config.py
- USB serial port (ttyUSB0) can be changed in layer1.py
- Run osmogeo.py as root or give sniffing permission to current user (SUID for /usr/bin/tshark)
