Add keyword spotting support to Wakeword and Keyword Spotting application. Integrate it as second stage gated with wakeword detection. Update control output messages, LED behavior, and runtime loop logic for staged WW/KWS operation. Reorganize source structure to keep models with their respective handling source files.
