Both https://github.com/refactorjs/ofetch and https://github.com/unjs/ofetch doesn't have
onErrorinterceptor, as it fires asonResponseError. So, I propose to remove$http.onErrorfrom README. Additionally we can clarify that that 2 interceptors are unified now
