• Fixes add 'indicates' as synonym for 'is marker for' #860
• added altlabel "indicates"
• @nataled rather than have long discussions about discussions about differences between narrow/broad/exact/related synonyms, how about we just use the parent annotation altlabel?

Seems okay to me, though the note from the meeting is to use 'Related'. I'm fine either way (I pretty much equate 'related' to mean the same as the more generic 'altlabel' anyway).

I would say that related synonym is more meaningful.

I don't know if "related" is any more meaningful than "alternative". Someone else may thing the "broad" is more meaningful than "related" too. A lot of energy can be spent on such discussions ...

Actually, I take back what I said. When I see 'alternative' I tend to think it means 'exact'.
