With numpy 2.x, repr(numpy.float64(1)) outputs numpy.float(1.0), which is incorrect in most situations.

In Python 2, repr was used over str, because str rounded the output. Since Python 3.1, this is no longer true. The correct way to convert to a string is str in Python 3.

This PR replaces all repr calls to str in the Python code including examples.
