Updating framework as per ansible-role-omero-server.

I have tested this role manually on RHEL 9 VM and it passes. The problem is probably the setup of the rsyslog service on the image which is used in this molecule test.

I will most probably need some help on this one.

1. The rockylinux9 molecule fails on inability to install correctly rsyslog. I have tried different rockylinux:9 image, and also yum and dnf, did not help. The error is always on restart rsyslog -> when I tried to debug it, the output is quite large, but after search it boils down to wrongly installed rsyslog
2. I have made some progress towards a working test on ubuntu2204 -> the rsyslog install is okay there, and the service is working. But I do not have a ubuntu2204 VM to check where the logs of haproxy are - the verify is failing for me on ubuntu2204.
3. I have tested this role on 134.36.4.3 VM (RHEL 9) inside a playbook. This went fine, the rsyslog is already pre-installed on our VMs here at SLS and works fine with the role, which installs the haproxy successfully. Also the verify would possibly pass - the haproxy log files are in expected places on that VM.
