Add support for multiple hash algorithms for building the issuerNameHash and issuerKeyHash digest.
Introduced new config item "pki:issuerHashDigestAlgorithm". If not configured the algorithm from "pki:digestAlgorithm" is used.
More than one value can be used: e.g. >SHA1,SHA224,SHA256,SHA384,SHA512<
Every algorithm supported by OpenSSL can be used.
