The build log shows:

go build -o ocm-backplane ./cmd/ocm-backplane || exit 1
go: go.mod requires go >= 1.24.0 (running go 1.23.9; GOTOOLCHAIN=local)

We might need to bump the CI image to go 1.24 to make the dep bump succeed.
