Pull Request Overview
This PR adds installation instructions for using experimental nightly features with the OpenVM CLI. The documentation now includes guidance for installing the CLI with Tail Call Optimization (TCO) feature using a nightly Rust toolchain.
- Adds a new section for installing with experimental nightly features
- Provides installation options for both CPU-only and Nvidia GPU configurations with TCO
- Includes instructions for both Git URL installation and building from source
