This wiki is used to keep pointers to things like Fishbase Schema Documentation, and OSMOSE simulation details. You can find the mapping from fishbase/sealifebase parameters to osmose parameters in the fishbase-mapping.csv file. The most recent version of this file is used to dynamically generate an osmose configuration based on provided parameters such as functional focal and background groups.
The diagram / scheme below (click for full image) attempts to describe the connections between GoMexSI, Fishbase, OSMOSE and related systems.
