Following other third party code, move freertos to third_party/freertos. We are using FreeRTOS v8.2.1 with some custom patches on top, you can see them in https://github.com/pebble-dev/FreeRTOS-Kernel. Note that custom patches can be cleaned up, so forward-porting is easier one day. All scripts/build files have been adjusted accordingly. Signed-off-by: Gerard Marull-Paretas <gerard@teslabs.com>
