K8SPXC-1796: fix demand-backup-cloud-pxb e2e test

DESCRIPTION

This PR fixes demand-backup-cloud-pxb e2e test:

• The test now verifies xtrabackup args in addition to xbcloud and xbstream
• It removes a false positive in the xbstream check: the previous assertion looked for --parallel=2 in PXC pod logs and could pass by matching the xbcloud args instead
• It checks xbstream args from the backup job, which is the correct source when the XtrabackupSidecar feature gate is enabled, rather than relying on the PXC pod
