This PR introduces two modifications that go together:

  • a YAML file for testing sacurine workflow, that is used by wft4galaxy. More precisely, it used by script test-workflow in Jenkins, which runs wft4galaxy.
  • check-tools script now checks if a workflow has a test project in Jenkins and that the test has run successfully.
