@paltman here's the simple setup.py if you decide we add that to starter projects. |

I've never needed to add that file to a project. While largely innocuous, it still seems a core change to be making at the 11th hour after ten years of not doing projects that way. (i.e. I'm not -1, just -0 and think it needs more discussion and not worth holding up a release for) |
