Corrects the indices used for off-target and CFD score columns in report generation functions to ensure the correct columns are included. This resolves potential misalignment in report outputs when estimating off-targets.
Bump version 0.1.2 to pyproject.toml, setup.cfg, setup.py, and crisprhawk_version.py. Also fix a typo in README.
