Resyncs changes from the magento template repository and how we were building it from the template-builer.
Completely reworks magento.py since previously we were building it as a composer project. The current version commits the entirety of magento into the repository, so we're only changing the name and description in composer.json now.
Addresses cron command syntax change: #653
