Hi, I'm Jeronim 👋

I’m a Machine Learning Operations Engineer with a deep love for NLP, a product mindset, and a passion for building sustainable data-driven businesses from my home base in Germany. My work spans customer-facing AI assistants, venture-building platforms, and high-impact consulting engagements for scale-ups and enterprise teams.

If you’d like an unfiltered stream of what I’m shipping—think Cozama build-in-public threads, Omaship logistics experiments, and MLOps hot takes—follow along on Twitter.

What I'm focused on right now

  • 🚀 Cozama – Building cozama.com, a venture platform that helps startup founders, accelerators, and investors collaborate effortlessly, backed by a modern Ruby on Rails stack.
  • 🧠 Omaship – Shipping applied AI features for the upcoming release of omaship.com, turning complex logistics processes into intuitive workflows.
  • 🤝 Bloomed AI – Leading cloud-native AI consulting initiatives with my team at bloomedai.com, from AWS/Kubernetes infrastructure to full MLOps pipelines.

Highlights & impact

  • 🗣️ Built AXA Germany’s virtual assistant that continues to support millions of customers with conversational AI.
  • 🛠️ Architected production-grade MLOps platforms that combine experimentation velocity with enterprise reliability.
  • 📈 Partnered with product, engineering, and GTM teams to translate business goals into measurable AI outcomes.

How I work

  • 🔄 End-to-end ownership: from ideation and data strategy through model deployment, observability, and iteration.
  • ☁️ Cloud native by default: extensive hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability tooling.
  • 🤖 Pragmatic innovation: balancing state-of-the-art research with the realities of production systems and user experience.
