• Rose_suites - The important one! Where the rose suites reside
• cylc-run - The cylc working directories - only to be fished into when debugging
• Output - The raw (unstructured grid) output from the models
• Portal - The thredds server
• Plots - Now redundant, was where rose_plotting put stuff but now the only plotting suite is the mycoast website
• Transfer_folders - Used by some suites to give a known location for transferring between ceto and phorcys
• Models - The models run by rose (e.g. the river models, fvcom setups, pylag setups)

On Ceto

• cylc-run - Where the actual suite running occurs
• Code - The software installed for the stuies (cylc, rose, and the python packages PyFVCOM, fvcom_rivers, and PyLAG)
• Data - contains the rolling GFS data archive for the WRF model; this should automatically softlink the latest available data into ./Data/GFS_rolling/forecast_data
• Models and Transfer_folders - Locations for the rose suites to stuff things for use by the suites
• Output - Rolling output from the FVCOM models for forcing the pylag models
