It's a reflection on how Copilot shifts from being a simple Q&A tool to a structured thinking partner when you use it properly. I'm describing where it genuinely adds value (structuring complexity, reducing cognitive load, drafting stakeholder-ready outputs) and where it introduces risk (reasonable-sounding assumptions, misalignment with tenant reality, over-reliance).
