In connection with the bug where "flying" blocks disappear, I added SpawnTask, which will create them again every 5 minutes. These changes are temporary until the bug is fixed. This bug can be found in the PocketMine-MP version 82fd3b540eb8b252a236187ab566bd091db84674.
