Hi, my name is Cyrill. I maintain the polkadot target in the Hyperledger Solang Solidity compiler, which allows dApp developers to use Solidity on non EVM contract chains (currently Wasm, support for PolkaVM is experimnetal and being worked on) . I'm also engaged in discussions around many of the matters mentioned in the
README.mdon the Polkadot Forum.
