Polyledger Pulse v0.0.4-alpha

This is a pre-release of Polyledger Pulse, a cryptocurrency market data desktop client.

There are some notable known issues with this release, including:

• Stale data up to a few days late (due to CloudFlare caching CoinCap API data)
• World currencies are not supported in the chart view
