TLDR: We start with a short 1 hour take home project which loosely models the actual domain engineers work in on a daily basis, and the project focuses on real-world engineering skills rather than trivia or CS knowledge. If you pass the take-home project stage, you will be invited to interviews to do a live coding exercise, discuss your take home project, and discuss your technical experience.
